Sir Harold Walker sent The NCF a heads-up on BBC coverage of Shaikh Zaid bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the late President of the UAE. John Humphrys, on the Today programme, described Shaikh Zaid as “a very very nasty man".
However Sir Harold believes that Shaik Zaid was a good friend of the UK, and Humphry's was guilty of voicing a snap opinion of this man, and should apologise.
